"Buckminsterfullerene" Eco Tote Bag by DSS (r)Evolutionary Casey House

Regular price $30.00 $33.00 Sale

"c60" also known as Buckminsterfullerene, is an allotrope of carbon discovered in the late 20th century by Harold Kroto, Robert Curl, and Richard Smalley - who went on to win the 1996 Nobel Prize in Chemistry for their findings. These carbon cages are also known as "Buckyballs" and take the form of truncated Icosahedrons with pentagonal and hexagonal faces. The endearing name of this universally prevalent substance was chosen by the discoverers as an homage to Bucky's studies in geodesics.

We know, we know. We also think this is exactly what your Tote Bag needed.
